Mini Oak Elephant Wooden Figurine by Kay Bojesen

An exceptionally appealing study in shape and proportion, Kay Bojesen's little elephant translates the animal's unmistakable outline into untreated oak. The compact Mini version is distinct from the larger Small elephant: at just 3.7 inches high, it brings a touch of humor to a desk, a shelf between books, or a small side table. The oak grain remains visible, giving each piece a quiet material presence and allowing the familiar design to sit naturally among more formal objects.

“I like introducing one unexpectedly whimsical object into a serious collection. This small elephant has enough personality to enliven a bookcase without changing the whole room. Its scale matters: the Mini is a small discovery, the sort of piece one notices on a second look.”
-Mrs. Mayfair
